Our values

Innovation, Trust and Empowerment

At Niscayah we have three values – Innovation, Trust and Empowerment. These values guide our behaviour, thinking and decisions in delivering our services to our customers and in our day to day interactions with each other. Our shared values are a mix of logic and intuition, as well as a mix of experience from the past, today’s challenges and requirements based on the future.

How we live our values

At Niscayah, we want to bring our culture and values out into the open and use them as tools to help us create the successful company we want to work in. It is important to us that our values are not just words on an internet page. Accordingly, we have the Company game; “Walk the Talk”. This is a parlour game just like Trivial Pursuit or Monopoly and contains approximately 100 playing cards, equally divided on our three values – Innovation, Trust, Empowerment. The purpose of the game is to start an openhearted dialogue about our values in all parts of the Company. The result is a progressive, forward-thinking company where ideas and opinions are valued.

Code of conduct

We have also adopted a common code of conduct that is applied in all relationships, both internal and external. The UN’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the International Labour Organisation’s Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work, form the basis of the code. The Code means, among other things, that honesty, integrity and fairness shall form the basis for all business operations. All business decisions should be based on objective criteria. We shall be a good social citizen who observes prevailing laws and regulations in the countries where we operates. Since laws, needs, expectations and problems vary across different markets, focus is placed on different ethical and values questions in the various companies.
