Auditors

At the Annual General Meeting 2005, PricewaterhouseCoopers was elected as the Company’s external auditors for the period until the Annual General Meeting 2009. The auditor in charge during 2007 was the authorized public accountant Kerstin Moberg. For a closer presentation of the auditor, see page 79 of the Annual Report. The Company’s auditor participates in the Board meeting in February, where she reports her observations and recommendations from the year’s audit of the Group. The external audit is conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices in Sweden, which is based on International Standards on Auditing (ISA).
