Auditors

At the Annual General Meeting 2009, PricewaterhouseCoopers was elected as the Company’s external auditors for the period until the Annual General Meeting 2013. The auditor in charge during 2009 was the authorized public accountant Bo Lagerström. The Company’s auditor participates in the Board meeting in February, where she reports her observations and recommendations from the year’s audit of the Group. The external audit is conducted in accordance with generally accepted accounting practices in Sweden, which is based on International Standards on Auditing (ISA).

Auditor in charge since 2009. Lagerström has other auditing assignments with Toyota Industries Europe AB and Svenska Cellulosa Aktiebolaget, SCA.

Bo Lagerström does not own any shares in Niscayah.
