Håkan Kirstein, President and CEO

Håkan Kirstein is President and CEO of Niscayah Group AB as of March 1, 2010. Prior to this, Håkan worked within the StatoilHydro Group for 14 years. During the period 2005 to 2009, Håkan was President of StatoilHydro in Sweden and previous to this he held a number of senior positions, including as President of Statoil Detaljhandel AB and Statoil Detaljist AB. Håkan Kirstein is a board member of Kemetyl Group AB, as well as Niscayah Group AB. Håkan is a Business Administration graduate from Stockholm University from 1995, and holds 70,000 Niscayah B shares. |

Håkan Gustavson, CFO

Håkan Gustavsson joined Niscayah as CFO on September 15, 2008. Prior to that, Håkan worked as CFO at Enea AB during the period 2005–2008, and before that Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MediaEdgeCia Europe, based in London. Håkan Gustavson is a Businees Administration graduate from Stockholm School of Economics from 1984. Håkan has no board commitments and holds 250,000 Niscayah B shares. |

Magnus Bladh, Group Director Sales

Magnus has worked with sales in his entire career at some of the most renowned global telecom and IT companies.
After several sales manager positions at Cisco where he was among other things headed the Cisco channel operations in Sweden and was part of the Swedish management team, Magnus later moved on to Microsoft Sweden as OEM Director and member of the Swedish management team. At Microsoft Magnus successfully developed strong sales results and was also mentor for Microsoft Executive Selling skills training.
He graduated in 1993 with a BSc. in Economics from Örebro University. Magnus holds no shares in Niscayah Group AB.
