Juan Vallejo is a Graduate engineer. Juan Vallejo was employed within the Securitas Group as Country President for Portugal in 1990 where he remained for two years. In 1992 he became Country President for Spain and later Sweden, before he took the role as Head of Securitas operations in the Nordic Countries. Juan Vallejo was appointed Divisional President for Security Systems Europe in 2001. When the company’s development accelerated in 2003, he became Divisional President of the combined European and American Systems’ operations.

Juan Vallejo holds 1,100,000 B-shares and 705,000 warrants as at February 29, 2008.

Håkan Gustavson is a Business administration graduate from Stockholm Business School and joined Niscayah as CFO on September 15, 2008. Before that, Håkan Gustavson was CFO at Enea AB during the period 2005-2008.  Previously Håkan was Chief Operating Officer (COO) at MediaEdgeCia Europe with placing in London. Håkan Gustavson has no other board commitments and holds 50 000 B-shares in Niscayah Group AB as at September 25, 2008.

Rolf Norberg, Head of  Technology/Sourcing/Logistics

Rolf Norberg is a Doctor of Engineering and a graduate engineer. Rolf Norberg joined Securitas in 1988 from ASSA where he was President of ASSA Innovation. He started working for the Systems company then called Securitas Teknik as a technical manager. In 1990 he joined the parent company to become its first technical director working with business development across the Securitas Group. In 1998 he left Securitas to work for ASSA ABLOY, the world’s leading lock group, as technical director. Rolf Norberg was the driving force behind development of new technologies within ASSA ABLOY. Rolf Norberg rejoined Securitas in 2003 as technical director within the Systems division and became CTO in 2005 with responsibilities ranging from technology and business development to business support functions.

Rolf Norberg holds 154,584 B-shares and 352,500 warrants as at August 28, 2008.

Antonio Villaseca joined Securitas in 1995 as site manager in Madrid. In 1997, he was appointed Country President for Systems’ Spanish operations. In 2002, Antonio Villaseca also became responsible for Systems in Portugal. Antonio Villaseca is responsible for the Company’s organization in Italy.

Antonio Villaseca holds 19,000 B-shares and 117,000 warrants as at February 29, 2008.

Kéo Douang is an engineer and holds an MBA. Kéo Douang was employed within Securitas in France in 1997 as CTO. In 1998, he was appointed responsible for the electronic division in France. Kéo Douang has been Country President for Systems’ French operations since 2002.
